Work experience:
- Since 2009, he has been employed at the Neurology Clinic, University Clinical Center of Serbia
- Since 2020, he has been working as a clinical assistant in Neurology at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade
Professional training:
He had additional education in the field of Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders: in Tel Aviv (Israel) as a scholarship holder of the European Association of Neurologists and post doc fellowship at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery “Queen Square” in London (Great Britain), as a scholarship holder of the “Risto Bokonjić Foundation”. He is the principal investigator and coordinator for the Balkans for the International Niemann Pick Disease Registry.
Publications:
He is the author or co-author of more than 45 scientific papers published in peer-reviewed scientific journals (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=kresojevic), as well as four chapters in neurological books (published internationally and locally).
Area of interest:
Dr. Kresojević’s field of clinical and research interests are movement disorders, primarily Parkinson’s disease, tremors and dystonias, rare neurological diseases and neurometabolic diseases.
